Admission and Academic Policy for Students

Welcome to Syntax World! We wish you an inspiring and successful academic journey. Our commitment is to provide top-quality training, and in return, we expect your dedication to the program and adherence to the guidelines provided below.

Admission Guidelines

• Registration Fee: The INR 1,000/- registration fee is valid for 7 days from payment. You must complete your three trial classes within this period, or a new registration will be required.
• Fee Payment: The first fee installment is due on the third class day. Students failing to make this payment will not be assigned a batch.
• Course Completion Timeline: You are expected to complete your course within 365 days of your first installment payment. Extensions require pre-approval from Syntax World’s management, and requests should be emailed to syntaxdelhi@gmail.com.
• Re-Admission: Students unable to complete the course within the stipulated timeframe will need to apply for re-admission.
• EMI Payments: Each installment payment must be made within 7 days of the due date; delays will incur a penalty of INR 100/- per day.
• Payment Extensions: Any requests to delay payments require pre-approval from management. Applications for extensions should be emailed to syntaxdelhi@gmail.com.
• GST: All quoted fees are exclusive of GST.

Academic Integrity

• Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is required.
• Leave Protocol: In case of unavoidable circumstances, students must submit written approval from their trainer for any leave taken.
• Assignment Submission: All assignments and projects must be submitted within the designated time; exceptions need trainer approval.
• Grading: At the end of your course, you will receive a grade based on academic performance, attendance, participation, and the quality of your resume and portfolio:
• A: Excellent
• B: Good (Potential to improve)
• C: Average (Needs improvement)
• D: Poor (Requires revision)
• E: Rejected
• Access to Learning Resources: Post-course completion, access to the Classplus platform (or any other learning system) will be available for 30 days.
• Class Recordings: Downloading or recording class content is strictly prohibited.
• Missed Classes: Missing or planning to miss three consecutive classes requires management approval. Requests should be sent to syntaxdelhi@gmail.com.

Placement Policy

• Portfolio Submission: You must provide resume and portfolio links to your trainer.
• Eligibility for Placement: Students with a grade below “C” are not eligible for placement services.
• Interview Commitment: If you clear an interview arranged by Syntax World, you are expected to proceed with subsequent rounds or join the role as applicable.
• Post-Placement Update: Once placed, you are required to inform us at syntaxdelhi@gmail.com.

Code of Conduct

• Professional Behavior: All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior both on-campus and in online sessions.
• Punctuality: Please ensure punctual attendance for both online and offline classes.
• Dress Code: Always dress in a professional and presentable manner.
• Institute Property: Handle all academy property with care. Damages caused by students will be recovered.
• Respect for Others: Treat fellow students, trainers, and staff with respect.
• Communication: Non-responsiveness to any communication from Syntax World for more than three days may be considered as absconding, potentially leading to suspension from the program.
